It’s Monday, November 9th. What Are You Reading?

I’m really struggling with the fact that we are nearly halfway through November. This has been a tough year that seemed to drag by and then boom, it’s mid-November. The days are long and the years are short (and all that nonsense). My reading over the last few weeks has good though, so that’s a bonus. I’m about five pages from finishing The Monkey Wrench Gang and about halfway through The Summer is Ended and We Are Not Yet Saved. The latter is a fun little fiction book, especially if you love campy horror novels (at summer camp). The former is a staple of environmental (fiction) literature and is utterly absurd, but fun.
Monday Nov 9It’s Monday, November 9th, what are you reading? Anyone else finally (hopefully, fingers crossed) breaking out of a reading slump.

I can’t believe how the year has flown.

ENJOY your books….I don’t know either of them.

    Have a good week.

The Monkey Wrench Gang sounds like a TBR book. Glad you are getting out of your reading slump.

I took your advice and am a quarter through the Martian…which so far, is a refreshing style of writing to read. So Thanks for the recommendation!

You are reading some interesting books. And I like how you’re juggling two. Yes, it’s amazing how it’s already mid-November.
